Are you organized, detail-oriented, and eager to support a dynamic team in a leading reinsurance company? VIG Re is looking for a proactive Administrative Support to join our Reinsurance Accounting department. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop your skills within a strong and collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare data for reinsurance accounts using SAP
- Register final accounts in our internal system
- Maintain document records and follow up on payments
- Assist with reconciliation and other preparatory tasks as needed
What we are looking for
- Education preferably in accounting, economics or general administration
- English language
- MS Office knowledge (SAP knowledge is an advantage)
- Responsibility and accuracy
- Team player
