What you can expect
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient department operations
- Assist with department-specific tasks related to general business processes
- Support data preparation, create presentations, and verify wording accuracy
- Assist with data entry and other business support functions to ensure accuracy and timeliness
What we expect
- Good knowledge of Excel and contract administration
- Previous experience in support functions or customer service roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and professionally
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Currently studying for a Bachelor's degree (students are welcome)
