In terms of employee numbers, we are not a big corporate organization. There are more than 200 of us, and we operate in offices in Prague, Munich and Paris. From here, the heart of the Europe, we conduct business on a global scale. We systematically increase the volume of clients and insured cases not only in Europe but also in Asia.

We have big plans, and so does our parent company, Vienna Insurance Group, a multinational organization that provides us with the background and support for growth.  In the coming years, we want to significantly increase our position in terms of the number of markets we operate in and the volume of insured cases. This involves growth-supporting transformation that we are going through as a company - digitization, processes, investments in the team, knowledge, and skills of individuals.
