Business Architect

Your tasks

• Business Strategy Alignment: Collaborate with leadership to translate business strategies into actionable plans, frameworks, and models.
• Definition and Optimization: Define, analyze and refine business processes and tools to ensure efficiency, scalability, and alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Close alignment with business customers.
• Technology Integration: Work closely with IT Analysts and Solution Architects to define requirements for technology solutions that support business objectives. And be the driver in educating other technology departments about the core business function assigned that needs to be translated into technology solutions in order to achieve scalability.
• Data-Driven Insights: Describe, analyze and design data and analytics to provide actionable insights that guide decision-making and improve business outcomes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across departments to ensure cohesive planning and execution of key projects and initiatives. Package change requests to reasonable sets for implementation. Prioritize to achieve business goals.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure business models and processes meet regulatory requirements and mitigate operational risks.
• Innovation: Identify opportunities to adopt emerging technologies and methodologies to improve business agility and drive growth.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain business architecture documentation and business specification, including roadmaps, capability models, and process diagrams.

• Strong analytical skills to translate business goals and opportunities into actionable blueprints.
• Skilled in defining and modeling business capabilities, processes and value streams.
• Proficient in analyzing and improving processes with innovative technology solutions.
• Becoming an expert by learning, design effective data and businesses workflows. 
• Effectively engages diverse stakeholders, builds consensus and priorities, articulates business visions.
• Strong awareness of relevant technologies and their application to enhance business processes.
• Capable of evaluating solutions and providing recommendations aligned with business needs.
• Knowledge of risk and compliance in the businesses sector.
• Fluent in English.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
• Expertise in business architecture frameworks (e.g., Business Capability Modeling).
• Familiarity with enterprise IT landscapes and integration points between business and technology.
• Proficiency in analytical tools and methodologies.
