  • Maintain and enhance modelling templates, documentation, parameter libraries and audit trails to ensure transparency and consistency
  • Provide rapid event‑response support by running quick‑turn scenarios and preparing concise updates for senior stakeholders
  • Assist in model validation, vendor model reviews, and parameter calibration in collaboration with Senior Modellers
  • Collaborate with IT/Data teams to automate workflows, improve modelling efficiency and support the development of modern data pipelines

What we expect

  • 3-6 years of experience in catastrophe modelling, exposure management, or NatCat analytics within an insurer, reinsurer, modelling firm or broker
  • Practical experience with Risk Management Solutions (RMS) models and/or other major vendor models across multiple territories
  • Good understanding of reinsurance treaty structures and the fundamentals of technical pricing
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Python and SQL for data transformation and model input preparation
  • High attention to detail, excellent data discipline, and ability to deliver accurate results under time pressure
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative working style; comfortable partnering with Underwriters and technical specialists
  • University degree in mathematics, statistics, geoscience, engineering, or another quantitative discipline
  • Fluency in English; any additional language is an advantage
