Our expectations
Proven experience leading data engineering or analytics teams.
Strong technical expertise in SQL, Python, PowerBI, data modeling, visualization, and reporting.
Experience with cloud platforms, Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, and ideally Databricks.
Solid understanding of the insurance industry (reinsurance is a plus).
Knowledge of data governance, privacy standards, and predictive analytics.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights.
A collaborative mindset, strategic thinking, and the ability to bridge business and IT.
Fluent spoken and written English.
- A university degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
