DevSecOps Engineer

Your tasks

• Integrate security controls into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), including SAST, DAST, and SCA.

• Implement security best practices for AKS: pod security, network policies, and admission controllers (OPA Gatekeeper).

• Manage identity and access using Microsoft Entra ID and Kubernetes RBAC, ensuring least‑privilege across environments.

• Scan container images and IaC templates for vulnerabilities and coordinate remediation with development teams.

• Oversee secure credential and key management using Azure Key Vault.

• Automate compliance enforcement (GDPR, Solvency II) using Azure Policy and technical guardrails.

• Collaborate with SREs on incident forensics, log analysis, and integrating security signals into monitoring dashboards.

• Promote a “security‑first” culture through architectural reviews and knowledge‑sharing.

Our expectations

• Proven experience in DevOps, Cloud Security, or DevSecOps roles, ideally with strong Azure expertise.

• Hands‑on knowledge of AKS security, Terraform/Bicep, and container security tools (Trivy, Aqua, Prisma Cloud).

• Ability to script in Python, PowerShell, or Go to automate security workflows.

• Understanding of zero‑trust principles, encryption standards, and secure SDLC practices.

• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, Solvency II, IFRS 17).

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across engineering, security, and operations teams.

• University degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Systems, or similar is preferred.

• Bonus: AZ‑500, CKS, CISSP, or similar certifications.
