We are seeking a customer-focused and friendly colleague to join our Logistics & Office Management team. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Front Desk and handling administrative tasks.

Front Desk Officer is the first face of our company and a key support in administration and organization of training sessions and workshops.

Your tasks

Welcome and take care of company visitors, representing the company in a professional manner
•    Ensure the smooth operation of the reception (monitoring security systems, communicating with suppliers, organizing visitors etc.)
•    Manage meeting room reservations, including refreshments and technical equipment.
•    Oversee shared spaces (kitchens, terrace, corridors, cafeteria)
•    Order office supplies, arrange catering for internal events, handle petty cash
•    Manage mail distribution and handle telephone and email correspondence (MS Teams, Outlook)
•    Assist in the organization of training sessions and corporate events
•    Support employees with business trips, conference registrations, and team event coordination
•    Provide administrative support to back-office teams (HR, marketing, accounting)
•    Assist the Office Manager with tasks such as building management and communication with service providers

Our expectations

•    Fluent in English and Czech, other language skills are welcome
•    Excellent communication and organizational skills
•    Knowledge of MS Office and open-minded approach in learning new systems and applications
•    Previous experience as a Receptionist or Assistant 
•    Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
•    Responsibility and proactive approach, attention to detail and discretion 
•    Positive and friendly attitude
