Junior IT Administrator

YOUR TASKS

Design and maintain deployment and monitoring systems (Zabbix, Jira/YouTrack, Jenkins, Kibana etc.)
Analyze and resolve complex issues on Windows Servers
Implement backup and recovery plans and disaster recovery scenarios
Evaluate system performance and suggest improvements
Review and validate changes provided by vendors
Contribute to automation and process optimization
Work in line with ITIL, DORA, and ISO 27000 standards
Maintain detailed documentation of IT infrastructure
Provide technical support for internal tools and applications
Collaborate on technology projects and long-term IT strategy implementation

OUR EXPECTATIONS

Deep knowledge of server and system administration and end user support
Strong knowledge of:
- PowerShell, Active Directory, Azure AD (EntraID)
- Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365 Admin Center
- DNS, certificates, identity management
Understanding of security, performance tuning, and system resilience
Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
3+ years of experience in server/system administration
Motivation to take ownership and drive tasks independently
