As our Operational Excellence Lead, you will drive continuous improvement across the company while overseeing office operations across multiple hubs. This role sits at the heart of our business, ensuring that our teams operate efficiently and our workplaces support productivity, culture, and compliance.
Your tasks
Operational Excellence Leadership
Operational excellence framework — Develop and maintain company-wide methodologies, tools, and governance.
Cross-functional alignment — Partner with business units and functional leaders to define improvement goals and standards.
Performance measurement — Establish KPIs, reporting mechanisms, and monitor progress across teams.
Knowledge sharing — Facilitate best practice exchange and internal benchmarking.
Serve as the central point of contact for operational excellence initiatives, providing guidance and oversight.
Office Management Oversight
Multi-hub office operations — Oversee facilities across multiple locations, ensuring consistency in standards, safety, and functionality.
Coordinate with local office managers to secure smooth daily operations.
Develop and maintain office policies, procedures, and vendor relationships.
Lead space planning, office moves, and workplace experience improvements.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Act as the escalation point for office-related issues and continuous improvements.
Our expectations
Proven experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or business operations.
Experience managing or overseeing office environments, ideally across multiple locations.
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement frameworks.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
Ability to travel occasionally to other office hubs.
