Your Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders on organizational design and workforce planning.
• Lead recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Drive talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Champion change management and cultural transformation initiatives.
• Support performance and reward programs, including compensation and recognition.
• Manage employee relations and enhance engagement through effective communication.
• Leverage HR data to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
• Collaborate closely with HR Centers of Expertise and external partners.

What We Expect

• Proven experience in a senior HR business partner or similar strategic HR role.
• Strong knowledge of EU labor law and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in SAP and SuccessFactors.
• Skilled in competency-based interviewing and talent development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive topics with discretion.
• Fluent in Business English; proficiency in German, French, or Czech is a strong advantage.
