Your tasks

• Salary & Benchmarking: Conduct market analyses to ensure competitive pay structures and maintain market alignment.
• Benefits Management: Design, manage, and assess employee benefit programs to ensure they meet the needs of our workforce.
• Bonuses & Incentives: Develop performance-based rewards and incentives to drive employee engagement and productivity.
• Compensation Planning: Support compensation reviews, budgeting, and cost control initiatives.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies in all compensation-related matters.
• Employee Support: Provide advisory support to employees regarding pay and benefit inquiries.
• Data & Reporting: Track and report on industry trends, pay equity, and workforce cost metrics.

• Communicate clear, consistent, and comprehensive information to managers and employees.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Legal, Finance, Compliance, Risk, and external legal advisors.
• Work seamlessly with HR colleagues across various functions to achieve common goals.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for managing and analyzing compensation data.
