What can you expect
- Responsibility for advanced actuarial modelling and methodology development, including implementation and validation of complex non‑life reinsurance models
- Preparation and analysis of technical provisions under Solvency II and IFRS 17 frameworks
- Contribution to financial planning and portfolio analysis, including identification of key profitability drivers
- Preparation of liability inputs for Asset Liability Management (ALM) and understanding their impact on capital and financial results
- Ownership and enhancement of actuarial tools and models, including continuous improvement and automation initiatives
- Actuarial assessment of complex reinsurance treaties, including non‑standard cases
- Active participation in Partial Internal Model (PIM) development, validation, and application
- Contribution to process optimization, digitalization, and data-driven improvements across actuarial activities
- Close collaboration with Underwriting, Risk Management, Controlling, and IT, ensuring alignment across functions

What we except
- Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
- At least 3 years of experience in life actuarial techniques with life reserving calculations, experience with reinsurance is an advantage
- Strong working knowledge of regulatory frameworks - IFRS 17, Solvency II, and potential local GAAPs or local regulatory standards
- Familiarity with standard reserving tools (e.g. ResQ or similar)
- Solid programming and data skills (Python, SQL, Power BI or comparable tools), Power Query is an advantage
- Proficiency in the Office365 suite for daily reporting and collaboration
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently on complex topics while contributing to team collaboration
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with both actuarial and non‑actuarial stakeholders
- Proactive and structured approach, with interest in process improvement and automation
