We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Senior Risk Manager to join our Risk Management Department. This is a key role in the first line of defence, offering real ownership of core risk processes and close collaboration with the Chief Risk Officer and other senior stakeholders. You will play a vital part in aligning risk management with corporate strategy and ensuring robust risk governance across the company.
Previous experience in the (re)insurance industry is essential, ideally in a risk, actuarial, or capital management role.
YOUR TASKS
- Lead the Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) process, including projections, stress test design and calculation, risk analysis, and reporting
- Develop and maintain methodologies for Solvency II calculations
- Manage the Solvency Capital Requirement (SCR) calculation process
- Oversee internal model governance, integration, and documentation
- Evaluate the impact of strategic decisions and external developments on the company’s solvency and risk profile
- Provide expert-level risk insights and recommendations to senior management
YOUR PROFILE
- Proven expertise in Solvency II Regulation
- Deep understanding of reinsurance as relates to risk governance and capital modelling
- Professional experience in the insurance sector is required
- University degree in actuarial science, finance, or a related field
- Excellent analytical skills, diligence and autonomy
- Effective communication skills and advanced presentation abilities
- Fluent English is mandatory
